What will I do in the role?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints through to full resolution for the customer via multiple channels including emails, calls, web chat and social media. You will display your passion for service by always putting customers first and helping New Look on its journey towards becoming a truly customer centric brand.
What will I be paid?
We offer competitive pay rates from £10.00 per hour.
