What will I do in this role?

Working on a variety of exciting accounts within either our dedicated or bureau teams you will be handling Inbound calls and potentially responding to emails and live webchat.

What will I be paid?

We offer a competitive pay rate from £21,860 per annum, plus benefits



  • Fluent in written and spoken English and native French, Italian, German or Dutch speaker (E)
  • Experience in a customer care role / strong knowledge of customer care techniques (E)
  • Previous experience in a contact centre (D)
  • An excellent telephone manner (E)
