Sales Executive

Job description

We are looking for Sales executives to join our client, a leading provider of digital cameras, digital SLR cameras, inkjet printers & professional printers for business and home users. Ventrica are a European award-winning state-of-the-art contact centre, based in Southend on Sea - Essex. We specialise in all forms of customer contact across a range of channels. Join our team and you will be working in a friendly and welcoming environment. This position is being offered on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract.


What will I do in the role?

  • Responsible for retaining existing customers looking to switch suppliers
  • Outbound calling customers to establish and implement new solutions to enhance the customers experience
  • Brand ambassador for your client carrying out B2B sales
  • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

Requirements

What do I need?

  • Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred
  • A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday, 08.30am to 5.30pm
  • Full time - 40 hrs per week
  • Initially a 3 month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to evolve in to a perm role)
