We are recruiting a Team Manager to join our client account Catalyst Housing on an interim basis for a period of six months, to lead and support a team of advisors. You will be the first point of contact for any queries from advisors, providing feedback and coaching to ensure development of your team members.


As a stand-alone Team Manager, whilst working closely with the Head of Operations and the Client Services department, you will have overall responsibility for the delivery and performance of this account, with direct relationship management with the client. You will be required to undertake account data analytics, provide insight, and prepare and present business reviews to the client.

Requirements

What do I need?

  • To be considered for this role you must have proven people management skills, ideally gained within an inbound/outbound contact centre environment. 
  • You will be an analytical, resilient and results-driven manager, with experience building strong working relationships external clients / senior stakeholders. 
  • Experience in the home builder/estate agency industries would be advantageous but not essential.
  • You will be adept with coaching and developing your team members, providing developmental feedback and training.


What will I be paid?

The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience.


What else do I need to know?

  • Contract - Fixed term contract up to 6 months, with a view to potentially moving into a permanent job role at the end fo this period.
  • Hours - 40 hours per week, flexibility is required in line with operational opening hours and business requirements
  • Location - This will initially be a home-based role so you will require your own laptop/PC running Windows 10 along with a strong WiFi connection, however, please be aware this will move into an office-based role in the near future.
